申请加拿大多次旅游签证只给单次进入，多付费用是否能退还？

这是我的投诉信！！！

Dear Mr/Ms.;

I apply a tour visa from your Shanghai application center this week. My trip time will be from Sep 25 to Oct 8 this year so your guy of application center suggested me to apply multiple visa. I paid RMB 860 for this but I only get ONE entry and the deadline will be terminated at Aug 17,2009. So I feel this is very unreasonable and unfair for me… I paid more but I cannot go based on my trip schedule… If according to your regulation, I have to apply visa again.
