法国巴黎的一些困惑

我是12月4日下午5点多到巴黎戴高乐机场，国航的飞机。我订好的酒店是Hôtel Central la Défense 99 rue du Capitaine Guynemer 92400 Courbevoie.

我给酒店写邮件问如何从戴高乐机场到达，他们的回复如下:

By Car à From the Boulevard périphérique ring road, exit at Port Maillot, direction La Défense. Cross over Pont De Neuilly bridge, then follow the signs to La Défense 5, Courbevoie Centre, then Courbevoie Gare.

By train à From Gare de Lyon, take underground line 1, direction La Défense and get off at the last stop Grande Arche de la Défense. Go round the CNIT, walk down the escalator, then walk along Rue du Capitain Guynemer street.
From Gare du Nord, take RER B or D until Chatelet Les Halles station. Change to RER A, direction Cergy/Poissy/Saint-Germain en Laye and get off at La Défense Grande Arche. Go round the CNIT, walk down the escalator, then walk along Rue du Capitain Guynemer street.

By airplane à From both Paris Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airports, takeRER B until Chatelet Les Halles station. Change to RER A direction Cergy/Poissy/Saint-Germain en Laye and get off at La Défense Grande Arche. Go round the CNIT, walk down the escalator, then walk along Rue du Capitain Guynemer street.

然后，我看Booking里很多国外住客的评论是，这个酒店很难找， 最简单的方式是：take trains to St Lazarre (centre of Paris) every 15 minutes at least, the journey only takes 10 minutes. The stop I need to get off is Courbevoie 请问从戴高乐机场可以这么做吗。

请高人们，给出从戴高乐机场到达这个酒店的最佳路线。

第二个问题： 住这个酒店，就看在离埃菲尔铁塔近，想晚上可以看看去，请问，可行吗。

第三个问题： 我这两天都住这个酒店的话，请高人根据我的位置，能帮我规划一个巴黎2日游的具体路线吗？ 主要景点就可以，我懂得取舍。 不过，能够沿途有免费的更好。谢谢

第四个问题， 我7日早上8点的飞机，巴黎ORLY机场到意大利威尼斯。 那么我想预订Orly Superior。这个酒店离ORLY机场很近。请问，我如何从巴黎6日玩儿完了，到达这个酒店。谢谢

最后，我想问一点儿常识：我总共法国，意大利玩儿11天。我从中国带去的午餐肉罐头，榨菜，还有超市卖的那种3分钟即热的咖喱鸡可以拌饭用的。这些可以带进法国吗。 还有，我有一个迷你的小的可以蒸饭的小锅，基本上比脑袋还小点儿。 我想用那个锅，有几顿自己当地超市买米，闷点儿饭，用那些材料，自己吃。中国人的胃，到了国外吃没有油的饭，还是不习惯。请问，那些东西和小煮饭锅，能带吗
