坐过太平洋航空香港到宿雾的请进来

我在宿务太平洋网上买了7.15-20日香港往返宿雾的机票，他给我的确认单上要求付1620p的旅游税，应该付吗？看到好多前辈都说不用，只要付750p的离境税就可以了，请各位前辈帮忙解答。
他的原文是：For web/Oline &Call Center transactions,all guests(other than those exempted form paying travel tax) departing from the Philipping to international sectors shall pay the Philippine Travel Tax amounting to Php1620 at the respective airport in the Philippines prior to departure.
