求救~！留学生国内加拿大签证！~~

我是一枚大二学生~今年刚好准备参加大学里一个交换生项目准备到美国加州读两年书~已经获得美签F1学生签证~
大大的水果..VO大人完全无视了我辛苦准备了一个多星期的材料...虽然过了.但一堆材料觉得很浪费
想想寒假或者暑假不回国的话就打算从洛杉矶出发去一趟加拿大玩~所以想在国内把签证办下来.
但有点犯难的就是在国内办签证在国外出发会不会被拒签.要知道我给签证官大人的信中非常坦白非常肺腑地告诉他我的情况
打算在美国出发.我之前有两本护照有一次美国B1/B2签新加坡英国个人旅游签
由于在下周打算去签证中心递签~求各位大神帮忙解答~~！！拜谢~~！！

You don't need to nor should you get your Canadian Visa in China if you will be on study visa in the States. It is a much faster and painless process if you obtain your Canada visiting visa in the States. Since you will be exchanging in Cali then you can go to the LA office. Their information is here, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/los-angeles.asp. My fiancee does it overnight to visit me all the time, and after a few times they got tired and just give her a 2 year visa. :D She's also Chinese passport with US study permit/visa.
