请教,菲律宾机场离境税到底要不要支付啊?

看到大部分人讲要支付，也看到说不要支付的，到底有没有没付过的人呢？

（附：其实不用给机场离境费的,因为我们是度假的,不是定居( 长居1年才要) .至于,你主动给当然别人也会收咯.）

The travel tax is a levy imposed by the Philippines Government on the individuals(citizens of the Philippines, permanet resident aliens, and non-resident aliens who havestayed in the Philippines for more than one year) who are leaving the country irrespectiveof the place where the air ticket is issued and the form or place of payment, as provided forby Presidential Decree (PD) 1183
