在cleartrip上预订印度国内火车票,预订不成功但已扣款,请问如何解决?

我已经在cleartrip上预订成功了一张火车票。但昨晚在预订另外三程火车票时,网站全都说预订不成功,但信用卡已扣款,并给我的注册邮箱连发三封内容一样的邮件,告诉我三程都没预订成功,要我在接下来的15分钟内致电他们了解后续结果。我当然不可能随便打国际长途去问,但直到今天中午也没有收到新邮件,而且查询预订结果也无果,请问这个该怎么办?难道只能打电话去交涉?

我在他们网上订飞机票,结果被钱扣了却没收到任何订票成功或不成功的信息,网上也确实查不到所订的票的信息,写邮件给他们也不回,打2241300300这个电话也找不到人工服务,原本以为他们不结算直接等一两个月这笔钱解除冻结就可以回来,结果等了两天他们竟然结算了把钱扣了,请问这种情况应该怎么处理,能给个cleartrip的联系方式吗?万分焦急ing,两千多人民币就这么没了
