买了曼谷飞清迈的机票没有发来可以打印机票的邮件……

买了亚航“曼谷飞清迈”的票，没有发含有机票附件的邮件，打印不了机票怎么办呢？？？只发来一封邮件如下内容，大家帮我看下：
Your booking has been confirmed, thank you for choosing AirAsia. Your
flight itinerary and payment details will be emailed to you shortly.
