新加坡转机酒店如何取消预订

其官网有写：

Your failure to check into your reserved Ambassador Transit Hotel within the stipulated time will be considered as No-Show.

No-Show Charge - The Confirmed Booking amount will be debited to the Credit Card details provided by you. This said amount is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation

Confirmed booking must be cancelled by giving no less than 60 hours (local time) prior to your arrival time.

Monday to Saturday (excluding Local Public Holidays) between 0900hrs to 1900hrs (local time)
