为什么不能预约梵蒂冈门票

这两天上网想预约梵蒂冈门票，别的都顺利的，信息也输入了，最后也确认了，最后出来payment deny,试了几次都是这样，有谁知道怎么回事？

刚刚预订了7月12日周五晚上7点的票。

拿预约单及身份证明到现场付现金或刷卡。
The total amount stated on the voucher must be paid for in cash or via
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) at the cash desks of the Vatican
Museums.
