Please be informed that the Authorities in Indonesia have temporarily suspended the sale of Visa-On-Arrival (VOA) onboard Bintan Resort Ferries for Emerald Class passengers until further notice.


However VOA is available as usual on arrival into Bandar Bintan Telani (BBT) Terminal Bintan, Indonesia.
